Daging Goreng Tandoori
This one was cooked by my husband. I let him have the kitchen all by himself while I was preparing for the banana cake. Actually he is a fine cook, except that kena ketuk baru dia masak. That's normal I guess. But he enjoys helping me in the kitchen, and I do enjoy having him butting me around too. That's why I spend a lot for my kitchen cabinet, the hub and hood, the oven and microwave etc for my new home. I can't wait to cook in my new kitchen huhuhuhu. And the dining table too. My God, I really like this one dining table, round, 6 seater, displayed at Leon Yew and the price is RM2400. A few of my friends said it is too much to spend for a dining table. I guess I must agree with that too. Normal dining tables usually cost less than RM2K. But I really like that one. And I guess I'd still go for it eventhou the price is quite expensive, dah suka sangatttttttt....helpppppp!!!!!
DAGING GORENG TANDOORI
200 gm daging batang pinang - slice
2 biji bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar
4 camb tairu
2 camb rempah tandoori - aku pakai brand shan
2 camb rempah kari
Daun sup dan daun bawang - dihiris sepanjang 1/2 inci
1 biji tomato - dice
1/2 camt lada hitam - coarse
Minyak untuk menumis
1. Daging dicuci dan diperap dengan sedikit garam, kunyit, tairu, rempah tandoori, dan rempah kari selama lebih kurang 30 minit.
2. Panaskan minyak. tumis bawang hingga garing, masukkan daging dan goreng hingga garing dan turn golden.
3. Masukkan tomato, lada hitam, daun bawang dan daun sup. Rasakan garam gula.
Resepi ni memang senang dimasak dan sedap dimakan.
