Minggu lepas nama je long wiken..tapi mieza tak der pun masak beriya..hehhe..hari Sabtunya suami ke Seremban..lewat petang baru balik dan kami makan je di jemputan umah terbuka...hari Ahad pun ada jemputan juga jadi breakfastnya mieza cuma buat lempeng ghee ni jerr..hari Isninnya ada la masak-masak sebab ada kawan dari Shah Alam datang umah tapi tak sempat nak snap gambor....huhuhuu
Lempeng ghee ni sama je macam lempeng biasa...adunannya menggunakan tepung gandum, susu cair, telur, dan sedikit garam serta sedikit kunyit untuk warna kuning...sukatannya tak lah pula mieza sukat..main bancuh dan agak-agak sesuai untuk dibuat lempeng...instead of guna minyak atau butter untuk leserkan pan, mieza menggunakan ghee...dan memang wangi! Lebih wangi bila dibakar garing....hmmmmm
Teman lempeng ghee pada pagi Ahad yang lepas ialah rendang ayam..tapi ini bukan mieza yang buat..jiran mieza buat open house dan mieza adalah antara guest dia yang paling akhir..banyak lauk yang tak habis tu di'tapau' kan untuk mieza...balik terus mieza simpan dalam peti ais dan esok paginya mieza panaskan..sedap rendang jiran mieza ni buat..nanti boleh minta resepi dari dia...selamat la menu mieza pagi tu hehehe...rezeki tak baik ditolak kan kan kan hehehe
Dan peneman setia breakfast setiap pagi mestilah secawan kopi pekat...baru lah cergas sikit biji mata ni hehehe..
