Masak Lemak Cili Api Daging Salai

Assalamualaikum...
Apa khabar semuaaaa...wah wahhh rindu mieza pada blog ni...tapi apa kan daya sibuk bebebor sampai mieza tak dan nak hapdate blog...sob sob sobbbb

Masak pun jarang-jarang sebab memang tak sempat nak masak..tambahan pula sekarang sibuk sangat dekat opis dengan audit MQA...Insha Allah selesai audit MQA nanti mieza akan aktif memasak semula...tapi hari ni mieza nak post gak gambor yang dah lama mieza simpan...



MASAK LEMAK CILI API DAGING SALAI
Recipe & Source: Mieza @ WAWMC

300 gm daging salai - hiris nipis
5-6 biji cili padi
5 biji bawang merah
2 biji bawang putih
1 cm kunyit hidup
3 keping asam keping
2 batang serai - diketuk
2 helai daun kunyit - disiat
1 mangkuk santan
Garam gula secukup rasa

Cara-cara:

1. Tumbuk bawang putih, bawang merah, cili api dan kunyit hidup hingga lumat.
2. Satukan semua bahan di dalam periuk
3. Masak hingga kuah mendidih.
4. Rasakan garam gula. Sedia untuk dihidang.
