Resepi yang paling mudah and sedap..except that i have to skip a few things due to both, my hubby's health, and mine...we have to skip the dried chilly and mushrooms though we like them the most...
SPAGHETTI TUNA OLIO
1/2 paket spaghetti- i alwiz chose san remo, but other brands will do as well. Celur sampai empuk.
3 camb olive oil - kalau tk ada boleh pakai minyak masak biasa, actually olive oil id good for our health coz dia tak beku dalam badan.
3 biji bawang putih - cincang
1 biji bawang besar - cincang
sedikit daun pudina
1 tin tuna flakes - i pakai ayam brand tuna flakes in sunflower oil
garam gula
3-4 keping shitake mushroom
3-4 biji cili kering - di hiris panjang serong
1 biji tomato - potong dadu
Hiasan:
Fried garlic
Parmesan cheese
Coarse black pepper
Cara-caranya:
1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili kering hingga garing.
2. Bila bawang dah garing, masukkan mushroom dan tuna flakes. Goreng seketika hingga tuna kegaringan.
3. Masukkan spaghetti dan tomato dan digaul rata. Masukkan garam gula secukup rasa dan juga daun pudina.
4. Semasa menghidang taburkan coarse black pepper, Parmesan cheese dan fried garlic. Siap untuk di makan. Selamat mencuba!
