French Toast and baked Beans


Simple breakfast for those who are in hurry..ini bukan resepi untuk org malas tau...tapi org yang in hurry buat anak anak kat umah yang kelaparan. Ini lah yang aku selalu buat. Ye lah..weekdays memang tak sempat nak buat breakfast langsung..every family member akan makan kat luar dengan frens masing masing..along akan makan kat her school with her frens, hubby will enjoy his with his colleague..me? sumtimes i skipped my breakfast due to time constraints..(do not follow this..it's not good..do not skip meal..nanti gastrik macam i). Kalau weekend, both my saturdays and sundays memang full, pagi kerja ngajar students part time, then petang i pulak jadi student part time. Balik ari ahad badan dah penat giler n i'll use all the time i had sleeping...tapi lega coz sekarang tak ngajar part time lagi..and jadi students pun dah final sem...tak sabar nak gradddddddd....helppppp

So disebabkan masa yang terlalu sikit tapi terlalu banyak benda yang nak buat..maka i alwiz keep cans of baked beans in my pantry. Check out my french toast and baked beans..menu hotel muahahahah


FRENCH TOAST AND BAKED BEANS

8 keping roti Gargenia (family of 4, 2 slices each person)
1 biji telur
Secubit garam
Butter
1 tin baked beans - beli la brand best sikit, heinz ke..tapi ayam brand pun will do
Maple syrup

Cara-Cara:

1. Pecahkan telur, letak secubit garam, dan pukul sebati

2. Panaskan non-stick pan dan disapukan sedikit butter. Celup roti dalam telur yang dipukul dan panggangkan di atas non stick pan tadi. Balik-balikkan hingga garing. Angkat dan dipotong ikut bentuk kesukaan.

3. Untuk baked beans, tak payah susah-susah nak buat sendiri, beli je yang dalam tin tu. Buka tin, masuk lam mangkuk and masukkan dalam microwave hehehe

4. Bila nak makan french toast..curahkan maple syrup atas di atasnya. maple syrup ni boleh dibeli dipasaraya. tapi mahal la skit harganya. Well untuk perutsendiri.. reward yer stomach once in a while tak salah kan..
