Kek Marble Pelangi
My digi cam rosak...uhukssss..sedihnyer..it has always been my best friend. Tu yang sedih tu coz sekarang masak terpaksa snap picture pakai camera phone je..tak clear gambar..nak send the cam for repair, tatau lak nak send to where, i punyalah sayang dengan casio exilim i tu..warna merah lagi..memang i sayang..tapi aper nak buat, abis je warranty dia buat hal..ke memang it is produced in such a way that when the warranty dah abis it will suddenly rosak so that customers will buy a new one..huh..tipu tulllll..tak baik tul kan? I teringin nak get the new one, i berminat dengan sony laaaa..that day ada buat survey, price dia dalam RM1500++..mmm duit lagi tu..tapi tak kira..nak beli gak...nak beli gak...
Actually gambar kek ni lain sikit..when it is named pelangi or rainbow, it is supposed to have 7 colors heheh..resepi asal ada 3 color - oren, merah (strawberry) and coklat. Masa pegi TF dengan Wawa (like alwiz, she would ask me to buy her this and that sampai i naik penat), i just bought the choc emulco coz i thought the oren and strawberry emulco ada lagi dalam pantry, rerupanya dah lama strawberry emulco tu abis. Thats why la i punya cake marble pelangi jadi color macam tu - oren, coklat, vanilla. But the taste is superb la..and...moist..the kids love it very very much, (my kids memang suka cake heheh)
KEK MARBLE PELANGI
(sukatan untuk 1/2 adunan, kalau nak 1 adunan, double the sukatan)
150g butter
3 biji telur
140 g tepung gandum - ayak
1 camt baking powder - ayak
1/2 camt garam - ayak
125 g gula castor
2 camb susu tepung - ayak
30 ml susu segar
1 camt ovalette
1 camt strawberry emulco
1 camt coklat emulco
1 camt oren emulco
1 camt vanilla
Cara-cara:
1. Pukul butter dengan gula hingga kembang. Bila dah kembang masukkan ovallete dan vanilla. Pukul lagi.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan teruskan memukul hingga telur kembang. Masukkan susu cair. pukul sebati.
3. Tambahkan bahan bahan yang telah diayak ke dalam adunan butter dan telur sedikit demi sedikit dan putar menggunakan speed yang paling rendah sehingga tepung sebati. (Nak gaul dengan senduk pun boleh. Tapi biasalah i memang pemalas, main gaul pakai mixer je, tapi tak semua kek boleh belasah macam ni tau hehehe)
4. Bahagikan adunan kepada tiga bahagian. Satu dicampurkan strawberry emulco, satu dicampurkan coklat emulco dan satu lagi dicampurkan oren emulco. Kacau setiap satunya hingga sebati.
5. Tuangkan ketiga-tiga adunan secara berselang seli ke dalam dulang pembakar. Untuk buat corak, ambil chopstick, ataupun pisau, ataupun lidi cucuk satay, cucukkan ke dalam adunan dan buat corak. (i buat 2-3 pusingan) Nanti ketiga-tiga warna tu akan bercampur-campur macam pelangi bila masak nanti.
6. Bakar selama 40-50 minit pada 175'C
