Mayonaise Saucy Chicken



Uihhhhhh tak tahannnnnn betul tengok ramai kawan-kawan masak ayam ni...memula tengok Love masak..terus terpikat, dah skodeng dapur love, tengok semua bahan ada, tapi bila nak masak tetiba je husband request lauk lain, jadi reserve dulu resepi ni...selang sehari lepas tu nampak Kak Nor lak buat, keesokan harinya sebelum Mieza balik Penang Jumaat lepas nampak Mas pula yang buat..dah balik Penang 2 hari berkenduri kendara causin kawin memang tak sempat nak intai blog, bila balik Tanjong Malim hari nampak Dayang pula buat...jadi oleh sebab tak tahan godaan dek Mayonaise Saucy Chicken ni maka walaupun fenat baru balik dari kampung, tetap gak masuk dapur dan masak for dinner..dan hasilnya..taraaaaaaaa tak mengecewakan! My verdict is...Sedap! Mabeles! Mualllahhhhh! lemak lemak dan masam masam mayo, sweet and sour from sweet sour sauce, masin-masin manis dari sweet soy sos..emmmmm sedap sangat! I loiiikkeeeee!



Resepi ni mieza tambah la sikit..masa perap ayam tu mieza letak sedikit serbuk kunyit..sos nya pun mieza tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah dulu sebab suka dengan aroma bawang tumis, pastu mieza campakkan sekali tomato hiris dan hirisan daun bawang...mintak ampun love sebab dah improvised resepi asal mayo saucy chicken ni hehehe


MAYONNAISE SAUCY CHICKEN

Ingredients :~

1 whole chicken ~ cut free form
2 eggs
1 tsp coarse blackpepper
salt
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp tumeric powder - mieza tambah

for the sauce

3 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp sweet & sour sauce ( may sub with tomato ketchup )
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce (optional)
4 tbsp mayonnaise

cooking oil to fry
1 tbsp olive oil for sauce
3 garlic - chopped - mieza tambah
4 onions - sliced - mieza tambah
Tomatoes - sliced - mieza tambah
Spring onion - cut 1 inch long - mieza tambah

Method :~

1. Clean chicken, pat dry with paper towel.

2. Beat eggs in a bowl. Mix in blackpepper, salt, flour and cornstarch.

3. Add chicken pieces in and rub thoroughly with the egg mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Deep fry the chicken pieces until cooked. Drain on a paper towel.

5. Now make the sauce. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Saute garlic and onions till golden. Add all sauces except for mayonnaise. Stir and add in the fried chicken pieces, mix. . Turn off the heat.

6. Add mayonnaise to the chicken, mix and coat well. Don't forget to add spring onion. Dish out immediately and ready to be served.
